Bruce has been a CDM since 1994. He has worked in facilities in Wisconsin, Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan and Wyoming. He has a total of over 25 years of Food Service experience.

Bruce spent three years working for a Food Service Management Company based out of the Chicago area.

Bruce is the owner/operator of his own consulting business based in Buffalo, Wyoming.

Bruce is the 2001-2003 President of the Wyoming Dietary Managers Association.

Bruce presented a program in Leadership Training at the National DMA Convention in New Orleans, assisted with the computer training and presented a program on "Medical Record Documentation" along with Pam Brummit, R.D., at the National DMA Convention in Norfolk, Virginia. Bruce attended the "Joint International Conference on Foodservice Management" on October 18-20, 2002 in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada.

Bruce has presented his seminar, "Charting: Where to Start....Do's & Don'ts" in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, South Dakota, Wisconsin and Wyoming. As well as his program on Food Allergies in Wyoming for the Wyoming Dietary Managers Association and Wyoming School Food Service Directors Association.
